Plain Trolleys

Plain trolleys serve as an economical alternative in lower capacity applications, however higher capacities are also available.  Plain or Push Trolleys require manual handling to direct movement in a traverse direction.  They operate on flat or tapered beams, and support a hoist with top hook or lug mount suspension.  J. YALE® FLP2 and FTP2 models are available in capacities from 1/4 through 25 tons.  Dual tread wheels are featured on 1/4 through 12 ton capacities, enabling them to function on both flat and tapered beams.  Special flat tread wheels are also available for patented track.  Lifetime lubricated precision ball bearings are standard on 1/4 through 3 ton trolleys.  4 ton through 25 ton trolleys incorporate eight double sealed Timken tapered roller bearings, which aid in stress reduction.  FLP2 and FTP2 models are manufactured with heavy rolled steel side plates joined by steel equalizing pins.

YALE® CBTP models are available in metric rated capacities from 1/4 through 5 tons.  They incorporate dual tread wheels with lifetime lubricating bearings, steel wrap around side plates, and a universal hanging clevis that works with most hook mounted hoists.  CBTP models are a favorite low cost option for use with manual and electric hoists.  Yale CBTP Trolleys have a lifetime warranty.

COFFING® VTA low headroom models are available in capacities from 1/4 through 3 tons.  Important features include a universal wheel tread design for use on American Standard, wide flange beams, and patented tracks.  Steel track wheels with angled wheel axis promote wheel and beam durability.  Trolley guards are available in models up to 2 ton capacity.  VTA trolleys are made of stamped steel welded into a tubular housing resulting in a strong yet lightweight product.

COFFING® CTA plain trolley models are available in capacities from 1/4 through 5 tons.  Typical components include dual tread wheels, wrap-around side plates, and a universal clevis for hook mounting.  Lug mounted hoists can attach directly to load pins.  Coffing CTA trolleys are also available with spark resistant and corrosion resistant wheels.  Made in the USA.

CM® Series 632 Close Radius models are available in capacities from 1/4 through 3 tons.  A compact design makes them ideal for low headroom applications.  Manufactured with high quality rolled steel, Series 632 models offer a double row ball bearing wheel design which delays wear.
