Geared Trolleys

Hand geared trolleys are an excellent option when accurate load spotting is a must.  Geared trolleys are also referred to as hand geared trolleys and incorporate a looped hand chain, which is attached to a hand chain wheel or sprocket.  When the operator pulls the hand chain, the sprocket then engages the gears which facilitate wheel movement.  Upon pulling the chain, the trolley will travel in the opposite direction.  J. YALE® CBTG models are available in metric rated capacities from 1 through 5 tons.  They incorporate dual tread wheels with lifetime lubricated bearings, steel wrap around side plates, and a universal hanging clevis that works with most hook mounted hoists.  CBTG model hand chains have a standard 6' drop.  Other lengths available.  Yale CBTG trolleys have a lifetime warranty.

YALE® FLG2 and FTG2 models are available in capacities from 1/4 through 25 tons.  Dual tread wheels are featured on 1/4 through 12 ton capacities, enabling them to function on both flat and tapered beams.  Special flat tread wheels are also available for patented track.  Lifetime lubricated precision ball bearings are standard on 1/4 through 3 ton trolleys.  The 4 ton through 25 ton trolleys incorporate eight double sealed Timken tapered roller bearings which aid in stress reduction.  FLG2 and FTG2 models are manufactured with heavy rolled steel side plates joined by steel equalizing pins.  A sturdy hand chain guide aids in maintaining chain alignment.  Spark resistant models are also available.

COFFING® CTA-G geared trolley models are available in capacities from 1/4 through 5 tons.  Typical components include dual tread wheels, wrap around side plates, and a universal clevis for hook mounting.  Lug mounted hoists can attach directly to load pins.  Coffing CTA-G trolleys are also available with spark resistant and corrosion resistant wheels.  Made in the USA.  Coffing CTA-G trolleys have a lifetime warranty.

COFFING® CYA-G geared trolley models are available in capacities from 4 through 25 tons.  Higher capacities can be manufactured in tandem configurations.  Designed for heavy duty applications, the CYA-G models incorporate machined wheel treads for durability.  Dual tread design allows for use on standard and wide flange beams.  A swinging chain guide serves in maintaining hand chain alignment and eliminating jamming.  Standard hand chain drop is 8'.  Made in the USA.  Coffing CYA-G trolleys have a lifetime warranty.
