CUSTOMER SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVE |
Immediate opening for Customer
Service / Inside Sales Representative responsible for the
following:
- Product research and
quoting.
- Order entry and expediting.
- Interfacing with key
vendors.
- Handling order status
inquiries, order tracking.
- Answering or directing
technical questions to appropriate individuals.
- Additional duties as
assigned by manager.
Job Summary:
Communicate directly with
customers via phone, fax, or e-mail to identify and resolve a
wide variety of issues and inquiries regarding overhead cranes
and hoist products.
Minimum
Requirements:
- Prior customer service
experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively
independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
Monday through Friday work week.

OVERHEAD CRANE TECHNICIANS |
|
We are currently looking
to expand our service staff with two Service Technicians. After
your initial training period, we will provide you with the
following to help you in your job; a company truck, all required
tools and the initial cost of uniforms. Since we cover the state
of Florida, expect overnight travel about 3-6 nights/month.
Job Description:
Serve customers by installing, inspecting and
servicing crane systems and products.

Requirements: |
Duties: |
- Minimum 3-years
crane technician experience.
- Valid driver's license, class A preferably.
- Ability to work
at heights.
- Ability to carry
and work on ladders.
- Ability to work
independently.
- Ability to
analyze information.
- Ability to
maintain good client relationships.
- Willingness to
travel 3-6 nights/month.
- Knowledge of
3-phase motor control circuits.
- Mechanical &
electrical experience.
- Safety oriented.
- Good reporting
skills.
- Good
communication skills.
- Maintains
confidentiality.
- Quality focused.
- Result driven.

- Serve existing
accounts and maintain rapport with customers by
investigating complaints, troubleshooting
breakdowns, identifying solutions, making
repairs, performing preventive maintenance,
conducting tests, suggesting improved methods
and techniques, and recommending system
improvements.
- Establish
service by studying system requirements,
ordering components and parts, completing
installations and performing acceptance tests.
- Document
service and installation actions by completing
forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Update job
knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities.
